Fair Use Policy

This Fair Use Policy ("Policy") applies to all GotW3 internet services provided by RevGen Networks LLC. It is designed to ensure a quality experience for all customers by preventing excessive usage from degrading the network for the broader community.

1. Unlimited Data

Your GotW3 data plan includes unlimited data. You will never be charged overage fees for exceeding a data cap, because there is no hard data cap. However, GotW3 reserves the right to manage excessive data usage to protect the rights and experience of all customers on the network.

2. Purpose of This Policy

The GotW3 Fair Use Policy improves the general user experience for all internet users. It controls and moderates bandwidth usage to prevent the actions of heavy users from negatively impacting other customers' access to high-speed internet. This Policy ensures that shared network resources are distributed fairly among all subscribers.

3. Network Prioritization

During periods of peak usage or network congestion, GotW3 may reduce the available connection speed of customers identified as having made excessive use of bandwidth capacity. This deprioritization is temporary and is applied in favor of customers who have not yet used a disproportionate share of network resources.

Customers who exceed approximately 500 GB of data usage in a billing cycle may experience reduced speeds during periods of congestion. At the start of the next billing cycle, your usage status resets and normal prioritization resumes.

4. Prohibited Usage

The following activities are considered violations of this Fair Use Policy and may result in warnings, deprioritization, suspension, or termination of service:

• Data hogging: Sustained, excessive data consumption that significantly exceeds normal residential usage patterns and degrades service for other customers
• Automated or unattended use: Automatic data feeds, machine-to-machine connections, server hosting, or applications designed for unattended use that consume unreasonable amounts of bandwidth
• Network abuse: Any use that interferes with the network's ability to provide quality service to other customers, including but not limited to P2P abuse, cryptocurrency mining, or running commercial-grade operations
• Resale or redistribution: Reselling, sharing, or redistributing your internet connection to third parties outside your household without written authorization from GotW3

5. Streaming Guidance

To get the best experience and make efficient use of your connection, we recommend the following when streaming video:

• Set streaming apps and devices to 720p or 1080p resolution instead of HD/4K.
• A two-hour movie streamed in 4K may consume 14 – 20 GB of data (7 – 10 GB/hour).
• The same movie at 720p/1080p may consume only 2 – 4 GB (1 – 2 GB/hour) with minimal noticeable difference in quality.

Adjusting your streaming quality reduces bandwidth consumption and helps maintain a better experience for you and all customers on the network.

6. Enforcement

If GotW3 determines that your usage violates this Fair Use Policy, we may take one or more of the following actions:

1. Notification: We will attempt to contact you to discuss your usage and suggest adjustments.
2. Deprioritization: Your data may be deprioritized during periods of network congestion until your next monthly billing cycle.
3. Speed Reduction: Download and upload speeds may be temporarily reduced.
4. Service Suspension or Termination: In cases of repeated or severe violations, GotW3 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your service in accordance with our Terms of Service.

7. Transparency

GotW3 applies network management practices in a content-neutral manner. We do not throttle, block, or deprioritize traffic based on the type of lawful content, application, or service you are accessing. All network management actions are based solely on the volume of data consumed and its impact on the shared network.

8. Changes to This Policy

GotW3 reserves the right to modify this Fair Use Policy at any time. Material changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
